What You Will Do
• Run company-provided, pre-set leads and meet with homeowners.
• Consult with clients to understand their needs regarding decking, fencing, windows, and doors.
• Perform accurate site measurements and assessments.
• Deliver professional, engaging, and informative sales presentations.
• Generate accurate estimates, negotiate terms, and close contracts.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and our production team to ensure a smooth project handoff.
What You Bring to the Table
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven sales and consultation experience specifically in decking, fencing, and windows & doors.
• Sales Drive: A track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas with strong closing skills.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of exterior remodeling materials, installation processes, and industry standards.
• Professionalism: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Requirements: A valid driver's license and a clean driving record (required for the company vehicle).
