We are a 3rd generation, family-owned P&C insurance agency in Collegeville, Pennsylvania.
We are looking for talented team members who excel at building relationships and solving problems. We will clearly define what success looks like and dedicate time and effort to ensure your success.
You will be responsible for answering phones and educating clients to make sure they are well-informed about Auto, Home, Business, and Life Insurance, along with the various options to protect what they value most. Obtain referrals, cross-sell, and conduct policy reviews.
The ideal candidate is highly coachable, forward-thinking, driven to succeed, and has advanced computer skills. The ability to work independently and perform effectively under pressure is essential.

Pay:
$40,000 - $60,000 per year.

A Day in the Life of a Customer Service Agent:
- Create insurance quotes for prospective clients over the phone
- Ensure all of our clients have an amazing experience
- Collaborate with our team of professionals to achieve ambitious sales targets
Responsibilities:
- Generate insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and close sales.
- Identify potential clients through various channels, including networking, referrals, and leads provided by the agency.
- Handle inbound requests received via phone calls, email, and text chats from policyholders, agents, and others.
- Evaluate current policies, identify and understand customers needs, and clearly present a recommended course of action.
- Help clients understand their insurance needs and suggest suitable coverage options.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both potential and existing clients.
- Deliver excellent customer service through clear, professional communication and effective problem-solving.
- Work with experienced insurance agents to learn about insurance products and sales strategies.
- Participate in training and development programs to prepare for the opportunity to become a licensed insurance agent.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior sales experience is helpful but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and goal oriented.
- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Willing to obtain necessary licenses to become a licensed Insurance Agent.
- Commitment to high ethical and professional standards.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
