Requirements:

• Experience: 1 year SLP experience in Acute Care/Inpatient Rehab

• Certification: CCC-SLP, BLS (AHA), Oregon State License

• Charting System: Epic

\t

• On-call requirement: No

\t

• Weekend Coverage: Yes (1 weekend day per week)

• Travel experience required: No

\t

• Local accepted: Yes at lower rate

Preferred:
Epic charting experience
