Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This part-time contract opportunity in Eden Prairie, MN is ideal for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) passionate about supporting K-8 students in a school setting. Serving approximately 20 children who require speech services, this role offers flexible hours totaling 20 per week, providing an excellent work-life balance.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized speech-language therapy services to K-8 students in a school environment.
- Utilize teletherapy and in-person approaches to support students communication goals.
- Collaborate with educators and families to support student progress.
- Maintain documentation and comply with relevant regulations and best practices.
- Participate in ongoing professional development.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) for SLPs or corresponding licensure for SLPAs.
- Experience in pediatric speech therapy within school or healthcare settings.
- Ability to provide teletherapy services effectively.
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) is acceptable for candidates; new graduates encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
