Responsibilities
- Sell personal lines insurance products (auto, home, renters, umbrella, etc.)
- Educate clients on coverage options and recommend appropriate solutions
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Follow up on leads and referrals in a timely, professional manner
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
- Collaborate with service and sales team members to deliver a great client experience
Requirements
- Active Tennessee Property & Casualty license
- Sales experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Coachable, motivated, and goal-oriented
- Desire to grow and succeed in a sales-driven environment
