We’re hiring a Mechanical Design Engineer to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll design, develop, and test mechanical products, machines, and tools used in advanced manufacturing. You’ll collaborate with engineering and production teams, turn ideas into prototypes, and ensure designs meet performance, safety, and quality standards.

What You’ll Do

• Design and model parts, assemblies, and systems using 3D CAD (SolidWorks preferred)

• Develop and test prototypes, analyze data, and refine designs for reliability and efficiency

• Review blueprints and technical drawings to ensure manufacturability

• Partner with manufacturing teams to support production and resolve design issues

• Prepare cost estimates and reports, including labor, materials, and overhead

• Contribute ideas in design reviews and continuous improvement projects

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering (or related field)

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or product development

• Proficiency with 3D CAD design (SolidWorks, Creo, AutoCAD, etc.)

• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills

• Knowledge of GD&T, mechanical fabrication, and precision measuring tools

• Bonus: PLC programming knowledge or bilingual (English/Spanish)
