Project Superintendent
WHAT THE POSITIONS WILL OFFER YOU:
- $85,000 - $110,000 + Bonus of $10,000 - $20,000
- Benefit Package: PTO includes vacation and sick leave, medical insurance, profit sharing, AFLAC and a Flexible Benefit Plan.

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- Reports to President.
- Planning & Reporting: Prepare meeting agendas, weekly notes, 3-week lookahead schedules, and generate daily job-site reports.
- Coordination & Oversight: Manage employees, equipment, and daily/weekly activities, ensuring plans and specifications are followed.
- Safety & Compliance: Maintain a safe job site, adhering to OSHA guidelines and standards.
- Subcontractor Management: Coordinate and lead pre-installation meetings with subcontractors.
BACKGROUND PROFILE:
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- 5+ Years Experience in Commercial Construction Projects (Schools, Commercial Businesses or Governmental Projects)
- Skilled in the following: MS Word, Excel, Project, ProCore
- Ability to maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Self-Starter
- Team Player
