An experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) plays a vital role in delivering specialized perioperative care, collaborating closely with surgical teams, and ensuring the confidentiality and quality of patient care. Utilizing our Nursing Conceptual Framework and nursing processes, you will provide exceptional patient care. You will be accountable for the care of assigned patients and will coordinate with the surgical team in collaboration with other departments. About Us:
Our Main Operating Room serves as a Level 1 Trauma Center and Burn Center, providing surgical services to patients of all ages, including children. We have 27 operating rooms and 7 specialized teams, covering areas such as general surgery, gynecologic surgery, urologic surgery, robotics, ENT, orthopedic surgery, and neurosurgery. Our facility features 4 state-of-the-art robotic systems, and we offer comprehensive training across all service lines, including orientation for both circulating and scrub roles. Proposed schedules include options for three 12-hour shifts, four 10-hour shifts, or five 8-hour shifts (daytime).

Qualifications:
- Education: Nursing degree from an accredited institution.
- License: Active RN license in Missouri.
- Certifications: BLS certification is required.
