Job DescriptionWe are seeking a multi-axis CNC Mill Setup Machinist to join our team on our weekday shift. You will help oversee operational activities and ensure excellent quality control. Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Job preparation including building tools, fixturing, material prep, loading work/tool offsets, etc. according to programmer specifications</li>
<li>Coordinate with programmers on job progress &amp; potential improvements</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely fashion</li>
<li>Load and unload equipment and materials</li>
<li>Provide innovative solutions to improve shop efficiency</li>
<li>Conduct routine preventive maintenance on the shop floor</li>
<li>Log and record readings for machined parts</li>
</ul>
​Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in shop operations or other related fields</li>
<li>Familiarity with machine shop and quality lab tools and equipment</li>
<li>Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills</li>
<li>Ability to handle physical workload</li>
<li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment</li>
