A dynamic opportunity is available for two dedicated professionals specializing in speech-language pathology within a K-12 educational setting. This contract position is located in Hammett, ID, and involves providing comprehensive speech and language services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Previous experience working in K-12 schools preferred
• Strong assessment and evaluation skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals

Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement appropriate IEPs in collaboration with educational staff
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and documentation for compliance
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding student needs and progress
