@Home Therapy is seeking Occupational Therapists for per-visit in-home care across NYC and Long Island. Our fee-for-service model allows experienced clinicians to build a highly productive and rewarding caseload.

What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed Professional: Active Occupational Therapy license in New York State.
- Clinical Experience: Background in adult OT, with home care experience a plus (not required).
- Strong Communicator: Able to build trust with patients, collaborate with team members, and represent the practice professionally.
- Tech-Comfortable: Familiar with EMR systems or open to learning (we provide training).
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver High-Quality Care: Provide one-on-one, personalized therapy to older adults in their homes, including evaluations, treatment, and functional assessments.
- Own Your Schedule: Coordinate visits directly with patients, giving you control over your time and coverage area.
- Drive Patient Progress: Create and adjust individualized treatment plans to support consistent improvement and outcomes.
- Stay Organized: Complete timely, accurate documentation using our streamlined, web-based EMR system.
- Maintain Compliance: Keep credentials current and follow all Medicare, HIPAA, and company standards.
