Landscape Team Leader

As a landscape team leader you will be responsible for managing a crew of 2-4 team members to ensure projects get completed in a detailed professional manner and finish on time.
Applicant must have a background in the landscape industry and be familiar with plants and landscape related equipment.
Job Duties include but not limited to: mulching, pruning and trimming, tree and shrub planting, mowing grass, weeding flower beds, installing straw and straw matting, installing erosion control products, use of landscape tools and equipment, may operate vehicles.
Landscape Foreman position requires previous experience in the landscape industry leading a crew.
Minimum 2 years experiences as a crew leader.
Applicant no meeting this qualification will be consider for a landcape team member position.
GSL is a commercial and industrial landscape company. We work on a variety of commercial properties, new construction projects, and gas and oil sites.
High School Diploma (or GED)
Valid Driver’s License
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Advanced problem solving skills and proven time management
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to work in a results-oriented environment
Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds (8-10) hours per day
Able and willing to work in various weather conditions (8-10) hours per day
