This role is designed for a dedicated professional comfortable working onsite and supporting students during in-person school days. With a 37.5-hour workweek that aligns with the school’s operational hours, you’ll benefit from predictable scheduling and the chance to make meaningful, consistent connections.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Washington State Department of Health SLP License
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-CLP)
  • WA State SLP ESA (Educational Staff Associate certification)
  • Previous experience working in school settings preferred
  • Familiarity with all-level caseloads and the ability to adapt to multiple positions
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team-mentality

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive school-based speech therapy services to diverse student populations
  • Conduct evaluations, maintain thorough documentation, develop IEPs, and manage cases
  • Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings
  • Provide direct intervention as well as serve as a resource for educational staff
  • Work in an itinerant capacity across multiple school sites, with paid travel time
