This role is designed for a dedicated professional comfortable working onsite and supporting students during in-person school days. Key Qualifications:
- Active Washington State Department of Health SLP License
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-CLP)
- WA State SLP ESA (Educational Staff Associate certification)
- Previous experience working in school settings preferred
- Familiarity with all-level caseloads and the ability to adapt to multiple positions
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-mentality
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive school-based speech therapy services to diverse student populations
- Conduct evaluations, maintain thorough documentation, develop IEPs, and manage cases
- Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings
- Provide direct intervention as well as serve as a resource for educational staff
- Work in an itinerant capacity across multiple school sites, with paid travel time
