I’m partnering with a leading distribution organization to hire a Customer Service / Field Service Manager who will act as the primary link between customers and the distribution center—strengthening relationships, improving operations, and leading a customer service team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with customer and regional leadership.
  • Conduct customer visits and delivery observations to monitor service quality.
  • Participate in meetings, training sessions, and community events.
  • Support ordering processes, delivery operations, and product/equipment rollouts.
  • Evaluate delivery procedures, storage layouts, and equipment needs.
  • Provide or coordinate training on ordering, inventory, and operational systems.
  • Support new location openings and customer onboarding.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Experience in Field Service or customer‐facing operations.
  • Knowledge of DOT, FMCSA, and OSHA guidelines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, JD Edwards, and related systems.
