Support students and school communities in a critical classroom support role as a Substitute Paraprofessional. This flexible, as-needed position offers the opportunity to assist students and staff across various educational settings during staff absences.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required

• Experience working with school-age children preferred

• Ability to follow instructions and maintain classroom expectations

• Strong communication and observation skills

• Dependable, adaptable, and professional in a school environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist students with classroom assignments and routines

• Monitor student behavior and reinforce school expectations

• Provide academic and behavioral support in one-on-one or small group settings

• Supervise students during lunch, recess, and transition times

• Maintain confidentiality and uphold school policies and procedures
