Join our client's team in Minnetonka as a Machine Operator and play a key role in the final step of our filter manufacturing process. You’ll work in a collaborative environment, rotating through tasks such as operating and troubleshooting equipment, moving goods, preparing for changeovers, and monitoring automated production.
- Pay: $23.00/hour
- Schedule: 6am-6pm
- Enjoy a 12-hour rotating shift schedule, providing flexibility and work-life balance.
- You’ll work a 2-2-3 schedule and enjoy every other weekend off.
- This is a temporary-to-permanent position, so you’ll have the chance to join the team long-term. Once you’re permanent, benefits include paid time off, medical/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, employee discounts, and more.
- Overtime: Voluntary
What You’ll Do
- Safety First: Follow all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) rules, including Lock-out/Tag-out and housekeeping practices.
- Operate, set up, and clean production equipment according to manufacturing processes.
- Move raw materials and finished products to proper locations.
- Accurately enter production data into logs, forms, and SAP.
- Perform basic troubleshooting to minimize scrap and maintain quality.
- Monitor raw material and product quality, adjusting process parameters as needed.
- Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally (equipment provided for assistance).
Requirements
- 1–3 years of manufacturing or machine operation experience.
- Ability to handle chemicals safely at times.
- Steel-toed shoes required.
- Comfortable with frequent bending and lifting.
- Team-oriented and proactive in communication.
