We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to our CEO, President, Executive Leadership Team and the CEO’s family. Successful candidates will have at least 5+ years experience supporting C-Suite level leaders.
This role is on site and requires exceptional organizational abilities, sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage a broad range of responsibilities with a high level of professionalism.
This is a critical position within our organization. The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted partner to the CEO, ensuring day-to-day operations are executed seamlessly and that leadership priorities are managed efficiently and effectively.
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality while managing sensitive personal and business matters.
- Serve as Executive Assistant to the CEO and President, prioritizing their email, calendar, and scheduling needs.
- Provide administrative support to the Executive Leadership Team and the Weaver family, including travel, correspondence, and event coordination.
- Perform personal assistant duties for the CEO, including daily errands, travel arrangements, and scheduling.
- Plan and attend key events such as annual buying shows, partner dinners, leadership offsites, and customer meetings.
- Track, manage, and support executive-level initiatives and strategic projects (e.g., EOS software implementation).
- Coordinate and support meetings by scheduling, preparing agendas and minutes, setting up spaces, and facilitating communication.
- Prepare complex and confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence; respond to internal and external inquiries.
- Manage Lancaster office logistics including supplies, mail, kitchen stocking, and inter-office packages.
- Support board meeting preparation, executive event planning, and other special projects as directed.
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience as an executive assistant supporting senior-level leadership in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
- Strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional presence and sound judgment.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; comfort with technology and openness to AI-enabled tools.
- Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving.
