Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid SLP license in Hawaii (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Experience in school or pediatric settings is highly valued
  • Proficiency with teletherapy platforms beneficial
  • Strong skills in assessment, intervention, and communication with students, families, and team members
  • Passion for supporting diverse learners

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for students with a range of communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Conduct both in-person and teletherapy sessions as required
  • Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation of services and outcomes
  • Engage with staff, families, and caregivers to share strategies and updates
  • Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and ongoing team communication
