Job Description
We are searching for a highly qualified Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead a US subsidiary of a global agri-food leader. The ideal candidate will possess Big 4 auditing, international agricultural expertise, strategic foresight, and the proven ability to drive operational improvements and key company initiatives. They will collaborate with the CEO and the executive team to make decisions regarding company's financial strategy and operations.
Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred.
Responsibilities
- Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to CEO
- Support the financial planning and analysis efforts
- Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions
- Manage reporting requirements with international parent company
Qualifications
- Strong finance and accounting based analytical skills
- 7 - 10 years' of finance executive experience
- Big 4 CPA
- Excellent organizational leadership and team mentoring skills
