Home Care Administrator - Daly City/Marin County
Salary: $105,000–$125,000 + Monthly Bonuses and Benefits
Locations: Daly City & San Rafael, CA
Schedule: Full-Time

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Administrator to oversee operations for both our Marin County offices. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven leader with strong financial, organizational, and interpersonal skills who thrives in a people-focused, fast-paced environment.

This role involves guiding cross-functional teams, ensuring outstanding client care, fostering community and referral relationships, and driving growth and profitability across both locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of operations, including client management, staffing, scheduling, and caregiver relations.
  • Manage the financial performance of both offices, focusing on efficiency, profitability, and growth.
  • Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional service and care.
  • Cultivate and maintain referral relationships with community partners to expand the client base.
  • Conduct client assessments and consultations, converting prospects into satisfied clients.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication, re-assessments, and problem resolution.
  • Develop and implement strategies for client retention and continuous service improvement.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor new staff members.
  • Provide after-hours support to clients and partners as needed (including evenings and weekends).
  • Collaborate with billing and administrative staff to maintain accurate records and resolve outstanding balances.
  • Contribute to strategic planning, marketing initiatives, and the identification of new growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare, social work, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5–7 years of leadership experience in healthcare, elder care, or a related service industry.
  • Strong understanding of budget management and financial analysis.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and motivating diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel between the Santa Rosa and Napa offices (approx. 25%).
  • Proficiency in multitasking, problem-solving, and maintaining attention to detail.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $110,000–$115,000 DOE
