Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Associate to join our production team. You will play a key role in the fabrication of natural stone and quartz surfaces, operating machinery, handling materials, and ensuring quality standards are met throughout the production process.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Operate saws, CNC machines, polishers, and other fabrication equipment</li>
<li>Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality and accuracy</li>
<li>Follow shop drawings and measurements for cutting and shaping stone</li>
<li>Assist with loading and unloading slabs</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment</li>
<li>Report equipment issues or production delays promptly</li>
<li>Follow company safety protocols at all times</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or GED preferred</li>
<li>Experience in stone or countertop fabrication is a plus but not required (we will train the right candidate)</li>
<li>Ability to read measurements and use tape measures and hand tools</li>
<li>Must be physically fit; able to lift 75+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods</li>
<li>Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player</li>
<li>Willingness to learn and grow within the company</li>
