What Youll Do
As an Accounting Team Member, youll play a key role in keeping our financial processes organized, accurate, and running smoothly.
This role starts with a focus on state tax filings and compliance, and is designed to grow into broader accounting responsibilities over time. We are open to training the right candidateyou dont need prior tax experience to succeed here.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and filing monthly, quarterly, and annual state tax returns (with training)
- Ensuring deadlines are met and supporting compliance with state requirements
- Managing correspondence related to filings (email and phone)
- Maintaining organized digital and physical records
- Supporting data entry and basic accounting tasks
- Working with spreadsheets to track, reconcile, and organize data
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes as you learn the role
About You

- Are comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets (Excel or similar)
- Have strong attention to detail and enjoy getting things right

- Communicate clearly and are comfortable asking questions when needed
Nice to have (but not required):
- Education or coursework in accounting, business, or a related field
- Experience with data entry, bookkeeping, or administrative work
- Exposure to accounting systems or payroll
