<li>Must have previous kitchen experience</li>
<li>Pantry/Prep Experience</li>
<li>Follow restaurant protocols and menu guidelines&nbsp;</li>
<li>Work in a clean and organized fashion and follow health department regulations</li>
<li>Prep work basic vegetable prep to include peeling, slicing, dicing, and portioning</li>
<li>Making desserts, dressings, salads and cold menu items</li>
<li>General cleaning to include equipment, floors, walls, coolers and freezers</li>
<li>Plating dishes - presenting food for guests to the chef’s specifications</li>
<li>Ability to stay positive under pressure</li>
<li>Ability to work as a team in a fast-paced environment</li>
