Job DescriptionEXPERIENCED PANTRY CHEF

*Seeking an Experienced Pantry Chef that can handle a very high volume
* Must be available Nights, Weekends and Holidays
- Must have previous kitchen experience
- Pantry/Prep Experience
- Follow restaurant protocols and menu guidelines
- Work in a clean and organized fashion and follow health department regulations
- Prep work basic vegetable prep to include peeling, slicing, dicing, and portioning
- Making desserts, dressings, salads and cold menu items
- General cleaning to include equipment, floors, walls, coolers and freezers
- Plating dishes - presenting food for guests to the chef’s specifications
- Ability to stay positive under pressure
- Ability to work as a team in a fast-paced environment
