Become a part of a forward-thinking Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) with 19 locations throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania. Our organization provides a comprehensive range of services, including primary care, dental care, women's health, and behavioral health, as well as specialized practices in surgery and neurology. With over a dozen outpatient facilities in Wayne, Pike, Lackawanna, and Susquehanna counties, we are expanding our team to meet the growing needs of the community by adding a Family Medicine physician.
