Executive Assistant
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our team! We are a local, full-service accounting firm seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive problem solver to support one of our Partners.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to Partner’s emails.
- Assist with tax return reviews and e-filing.
- Prepare and send weekly client invoices.
- Coordinate e-signature documents.
- Manage the Partner’s calendar and scheduling.
- Act as a first point of contact between the Partner and internal/external clients.
- Assist with additional projects as needed to support the Partner and firm operations.
- Miscellaneous tasks to conserve the Partner’s time, including drafting letters/documents, collecting and analyzing information, and initiating communications.
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Positive attitude and strong team player.
- Trustworthy with sensitive and confidential data.
- QuickBooks experience a plus but not required.
