Executive Assistant

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our team! We are a local, full-service accounting firm seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive problem solver to support one of our Partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to Partner’s emails.
  • Assist with tax return reviews and e-filing.
  • Prepare and send weekly client invoices.
  • Coordinate e-signature documents.
  • Manage the Partner’s calendar and scheduling.
  • Act as a first point of contact between the Partner and internal/external clients.
  • Assist with additional projects as needed to support the Partner and firm operations.
  • Miscellaneous tasks to conserve the Partner’s time, including drafting letters/documents, collecting and analyzing information, and initiating communications.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Positive attitude and strong team player.
  • Trustworthy with sensitive and confidential data.
  • QuickBooks experience a plus but not required.
