JOB TITLE: RS Sr Aircraft Maintenance Technician
LOCATION: Savannah, GA
PAY RATE: $36.04/hour

Summary:
-
Perform aircraft modifications and maintenance independently on mid-to-large size aircraft.
-
Remove, install, and service airframes, landing gear, engines, electrical systems, and control systems.

Ensure work aligns with quality standards, procedures, and test specifications.

Provide direction to technicians and act as the Mechanical Team Lead when assigned.

Coordinate with inspection and other departments to maintain compliance and workflow efficiency.
Requirements:
-
High School Diploma or GED
-
4 years of aviation maintenance experience, including 3 years on mid/large-size aircraft
-
FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Mechanic Certificate

Valid Driver’s License

Advanced knowledge of:
-
Aircraft inspection and maintenance procedures
-
Technical reference materials (MMs, IPCs, SRMs, SBs, engineering drawings, etc.)

FAA regulations, repair station policies, and quality control procedures
-

Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English

Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
Preferred Skills:
-
Corporate aircraft experience
-
Experience with computerized maintenance programs (e.g., CMP)
-
Knowledge of Lean/6S processes
-
Proficiency in coordinating flight test installations and final phase testing
-
Experience training or mentoring junior technicians
