HR Director is an interdisciplinary, multilevel leadership role. In addition to HR Generalist duties this position is responsible to encourage collaboration between managers & staff as a trusted partner, problem solver,coach, decision maker and strategic business partner.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR Management (or similar education).
Certification(s): SPHR / SHRM-SCP Certification
Work Experience:A minimum of five (5) years experience as a Human Resource Administrator or in a leadership (senior level) role in Long Term Care.
