LHH is seeking a dedicated HR Coordinator for a long-term contract/temporary opportunity in the Richmond, VA area. This role offers a hybrid schedule, providing a balance of remote and in-office work. If you have excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task, we want to hear from you!
Duties:

Coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers in a high-volume environment

Managing and updating the recruitment calendar

Communicating with candidates to confirm interview details and provide necessary information

Assisting in the collection and tracking of interview feedback

Maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions and interview outcomes

Supporting the recruitment team with various administrative tasks

Frequent communication with internal stakeholders
Key Qualifications:

Great communication skills

Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively

Experience in a similar role is preferred
Pay Details: $21.00 to $22.00 per hour
