LHH is seeking a dedicated HR Coordinator for a long-term contract/temporary opportunity in the Richmond, VA area. This role offers a hybrid schedule, providing a balance of remote and in-office work. If you have excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task, we want to hear from you!

Duties:

  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers in a high-volume environment

  • Managing and updating the recruitment calendar

  • Communicating with candidates to confirm interview details and provide necessary information

  • Assisting in the collection and tracking of interview feedback

  • Maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions and interview outcomes

  • Supporting the recruitment team with various administrative tasks

  • Frequent communication with internal stakeholders

Key Qualifications:

  • Great communication skills

  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively

  • Experience in a similar role is preferred




Pay Details: $21.00 to $22.00 per hour
