Job description:
Physical Therapist (PT) will take care of patients in their homes and establish relationships that positively impact the quality of life of our patients.

Evaluate and treat patients using the most current technology and practice using Kinnser web-based documentation system.

Provide valuable input into the patient's care and treatment.

Assess patient needs, planning for, evaluating, and modifying care to meet goals of Physical Therapy Interventions.

Advise, consult, and instruct members of the multidisciplinary team on specific Physical therapy modalities.

Observing and reporting patient progress and/or changes in patient status to the physician and appropriate multidisciplinary team members.

Other duties as assigned
Physical Therapist (PT) Job Requirements:

Successful completion of a Physical Therapy program accredited with the American Physical Therapy Association and the Council on Medical Education of the American Medical Association preferred.

Current and unencumbered license to practice Physical therapy, specific to the state of Virginia.

At least 6 months of Physical Therapy experience preferred.

Current CPR certification

Must be familiar with general use and functions of the computer, such as user names and password concepts; internet; e-mail; navigation of computer desktop, including starting programs, using files, and windows; effectively use navigation buttons and tool bars; ability to self-manage online HR services and online training programs.
