Traffic Signal Technicians Construction & Maintenance

Lighting Maintenance Inc. (LMI) is on the move and Norfolk is our next big chapter! Were expanding our Traffic Signal Division and looking for skilled Traffic Signal Technicians to join our growing team.

What Youll Do
- Install, maintain, and repair traffic signals, controllers, and LED lighting systems
- Perform construction and maintenance on intersections, roadway signals, and related infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and solve real-world electrical and signal challenges
- Work with a team that takes pride in safety, craftsmanship, and innovation
What Were Looking For
- Experience in traffic signal construction and/or maintenance
- IMSA certifications (Level I or II) a huge plus but well help the right people get there
- CDL license or willingness to obtain
- A strong safety mindset and a team-first attitude
