Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available at a school setting in Florissant, MO, offering a dynamic role that includes travel between locations. This position focuses on providing high-quality speech and language therapy services to students to support their communication development and academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress notes compliant with regulatory and school requirements.
- Participate in meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Plan (IEP) development.
- Travel between assigned school locations as needed.
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Experience conducting speech and language evaluations in school settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage caseload efficiently while traveling between schools.
