Job Summary
CCR seeks a detail-oriented onsite Administrative Assistant to support department leads and keep a small on-site office running smoothly. You’ll collaborate with Compliance, Education/Curriculum, Registrar, Financial Aid, Admissions and Marketing while managing day-to-day office operations. This position can be either full time, Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. or part time, Monday - Friday, 90:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Paid time off applies to a full time position only.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to department leads across Compliance, Education/Curriculum, Registrar, Financial Aid, Admissions and Marketing.
- Handle day-to-day office management for a small on-site team including oversight of supplies, routing incoming mail, managing outgoing mail, scanning documents and reception.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years administrative support experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and independent work style
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Experience with AI tools a plus
