As a member of our practice, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Doctors as they provide comprehensive dentistry.

Qualifications & What we are looking for in you …
- Expanded Duties Dental Assistant with 2+ years of experience in general dentistry.
- X-ray certification, required.
- Certificate from approved dental assisting program in KY.
- Comprehensive dental knowledge and ability to effectively communicate dental terminology with patients.
- Willing to go above & beyond and assist our patients in accordance with the training you receive to ensure patients receive the best possible service!
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist the Doctors: Support our dentists in all clinical and procedural tasks, including setting up and cleaning rooms before and after appointments.
- Patient Preparation: Greet patients warmly, review their medical histories, and prepare them for their procedures by answering questions and ensuring they are comfortable.
- Instrument Sterilization: Handle and maintain dental equipment by following strict sterilization and infection control protocols.
- Radiography: Take dental radiographs & digital photos.
- Documentation: Keep accurate and detailed records of patient treatments, history, and notes in our practice management system.
- Supplies Management: Monitor clinical supplies and restock as needed.
- Patient Education: Assist in educating patients on post-treatment care and oral hygiene instructions they help improve their overall dental health!
