Momentum Title is seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Escrow Assistant to join our growing team. This position will be based at one of our branch locations in Middle Tennessee, with the specific office location to be determined. We will work with the selected candidate to place them in the most convenient location based on availability and business needs.
This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals eager to learn the real estate closing process. Training will be provided, along with opportunities for career advancement as you gain experience in the title and settlement industry.
Key Responsibilities

Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently

Submit legal documents electronically to the Register of Deeds for recording

Process post-closing title insurance policy submissions to title underwriters

Prepare overnight deliveries for time-sensitive documents

Assist with pre-closing file setup, including obtaining payoffs and verifying property taxes

Manage administrative tasks to support smooth transaction processing

Communicate effectively with clients and team members to provide excellent customer service
