Job DescriptionThe Science Team at Russell Tobin & Associates supporting the Medical Devices Industry that has an opening for QUA Technician in Oakdale, MN!
Position Summary:
This position’s primary responsibility is to diagnose and repair healthcare hardware (electronic) devices at the Healthcare Service Center (HCSC). The qualified candidate must have experience in operating common tools and test equipment required to repair such devices. The candidate must be able to operate a PC utilizing the Microsoft Windows operating system and have basic working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Additionally, the candidate must be able to communicate effectively with other HCSC functional groups including customer service, depot repair technicians, and management to facilitate efficient service operations.
Additional Details:
Contract Length: 12 months with the possibility of extension
Shift: 1st
Pay range: $19 to $25/hour on W2
Requirements:
- Troubleshoot, clean, and repair customer devices
- Generate and process service repair documentation to maintain repair traceability and support customer invoicing
- Create repair estimates including service parts and labor costs
- Maintain local service parts inventory with the support of the Materials Control team
- Ensure a clean and orderly workcell is maintained
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
