We are looking for a dependable and detail-driven Administrative Records Specialist to join us on a contract basis in San Francisco, California. This contract position will focus on organizing and digitizing personnel files while ensuring the highest level of confidentiality and accuracy. The role requires a strong commitment to professionalism and the ability to handle sensitive information with care.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and organize physical personnel files for efficient scanning.
• Scan documents and convert paper records into a secure electronic format.
• Ensure electronic files are accurately labeled, indexed, and stored.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies.
• Support file organization and overall record management tasks as needed.
• Follow established protocols for handling sensitive employee information.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all processes are completed on time.

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.

• Experience in administrative support, records management, or HR-related tasks preferred.

• Availability to work on-site three days per week and commit to the full duration of the assignment.
