We are a rapidly growing home care agency dedicated to helping the elderly live safely and comfortably at home. We’re looking for a motivated Care Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this blended role, you’ll ensure clients receive the highest quality care while supporting, guiding, and inspiring our caregivers.

Key Responsibilities
-
Coordinate caregiver schedules, ensuring shifts are assigned fairly and efficiently.

Orient caregivers to client-specific care plans and agency processes.

Communicate with families regarding care plans, updates, and caregiver assignments.

Support recruiting and onboarding efforts, including phone/Zoom interviews.

Assist with caregiver engagement and professional development.

Participate in the on-call team rotation (including evenings and some weekends).

Collaborate with the operations team to deliver outstanding client care.
- Remote position with some local travel required.
Qualifications
-
Prior experience in scheduling or recruiting within a home care agency, assisted living, or skilled nursing facility.

Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Prior experience as a CNA, PCA, HHA or direct care support/caregiver preferred.
- Living in Massachusetts, Rhode Island or Maine is preferred
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

A positive, team-oriented attitude and problem-solving mindset.

Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure.
