WAREHOUSE LEAD

Work schedule: 1st shift
QUALIFICATIONS
- Active forklift certificate
- 3+ years of experience leading a team
- Experience in shipping and receiving processes, particularly with carriers like UPS and FedEx
- Experience scheduling driver routes
- Experience in warehouse management systems or inventory software
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Reports To: Warehouse Manager
JOB SUMMARY:
The Warehouse Lead’s primary role is to lead daily tasks and oversee the completion of warehouse activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency while following safety procedures. The employee delivers and receives products safely and on time from customers in an efficient and professional manner while complying with all city, state, federal, and DOT regulations requirements. The primary goal is to exceed the needs of all Customers safely while maintaining all Client's Core Values.
