About the Role:
As a General Dentist, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive oral healthcare to patients of all ages within a clinical setting. Your primary objective will be to diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of dental conditions, ensuring the maintenance and improvement of patients' oral health. You will perform routine dental procedures such as examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, and root canals, while also educating patients on preventive care and oral hygiene practices. Collaborating closely with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff, you will contribute to a patient-centered environment that prioritizes comfort, safety, and quality care. Minimum Qualifications:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
- Valid and active dental license to practice in the United States/CA.
- Completion of all required clinical training and internships.
- Strong knowledge of dental anatomy, pathology, and treatment procedures.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a general dentistry practice or similar clinical environment.
- Certification in advanced dental procedures such as sedation dentistry or implantology.
- Familiarity with dental practice management software and electronic health records (EHR).
- Continuing education courses or specialization in pediatric, cosmetic, or restorative dentistry.
- Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care and community oral health initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough dental examinations and assess patients' oral health status.
