We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis located in the Greater Pennsylvania Region. As an Administrative Assistant, this role involves supporting student onboarding processes and handling essential administrative tasks for the next 3-4 weeks. • Coordinate with students to gather necessary personal and financial information for the Financial Aid office.
• Manage document preparation, including copying, uploading, and filing files accurately.
• Perform general clerical duties to support the team as needed.
• Ensure timely and efficient communication with students and staff.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
• Assist in organizing and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
• Address inquiries and provide excellent customer service to students.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth onboarding processes.
Other requirements for the Administrative Assistant position include and are not limited to:
• Minimum of 1+ years of experience demonstrating attention to detail in an administrative role.
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional communication and customer service.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in handling clerical tasks such as data entry and document management.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with basic office equipment and software tools.
• Reliable and capable of maintaining confidentiality.
