About the Role:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children.
- Provide innovative, play-based therapy to support developmental milestones.
- Collaborate closely with a multi-disciplinary team for holistic care.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Educate patients and their families about treatment options, progress, and home care strategies.
Qualifications
- Active Washington State Occupational Therapy License (required)
- Experience in Pediatrics (preferred)
- Experience with sensory integration and/or feeding therapy (preferred)
- Positive, collaborative, and child-centered approach
- Will consider new graduates, mentorship available
