Schierl Tire & Auto Service in Weston has an opportunity for an energetic, enthusiastic "people person" to join our busy team!
This full-time position as a Tire & Sales Consultant will be the smiling face greeting our guests and providing amazing customer service Monday through Friday, day shift only - NO NIGHTS, NO WEEKENDS and NO MAJOR HOLIDAYS!
Guaranteed $17.00-20.00/hour plus sales incentives

What's this job?
As a Tire & Service Sales Consultant, you'll assist all guests with their inquiries and purchases related to their vehicle performance:
- Build strong business relationships with internal/external guests
- Utilize computers to determine product inventory levels and product arrival dates
- Set up orders for guests, schedule service work and communicate to service department
- Explain work orders, invoices and interpret vehicle inspection results and make appropriate recommendations to guests
- Perform retail cashier duties by obtaining and processing payments
- Provide top notch Guest service
- Loads/unloads tires and other supplies as needed

- General knowledge of vehicle maintenance
- A successful track record in sales
- To provide world-class Guest service
- To focus on safety
- A valid driver's license and a good driving record
- A teamwork mindset
