Job Title: Corporate Recruiter – Banking
Location: Tempe, AZ- ONSITE
Duration: 26 weeks
Pay Rate: $35/hr (W2)
Position Overview
We are seeking a Banking Recruiter to support high-volume hiring initiatives. The selected candidate will partner with hiring managers and HR teams to develop effective recruitment strategies, review candidates, and ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop short- and long-term recruitment strategies in partnership with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and High-Volume Screeners.
- Deliver an excellent candidate and customer experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Act as a brand ambassador in the talent marketplace for the business areas supported.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the line of business and staffing needs to provide proactive recruiting solutions.
- Review HireVue interviews and/or conduct phone screens of qualified candidates provided by screeners.
- Build diverse candidate pipelines and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Provide regular progress updates to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Support the full-cycle recruitment process, including evaluating, interviewing, and presenting candidates for various roles.
