Outbound Shipping Supervisor – Pooler, GA
\nPay Rate: $23.00/hour
\nSchedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
\nPosition Summary:
\nWe are seeking an organized and motivated Shipping Supervisor to oversee outgoing shipments at our Pooler, GA facility. In this role, you’ll lead a team of shipping clerks and coordinate with the warehouse manager to ensure accurate and timely preparation and shipping of small parcel and LTL orders. The Shipping Supervisor will be responsible for managing team members handling order picking and packing, and for upholding efficient workflow in the shipping department.
\nKey Responsibilities:\n

- Supervise all outbound shipments of products, materials, and supplies, including both domestic and international small package orders.\n\t
- Monitor and assess employee productivity and performance within the shipping team.\n\t
- Prepare and print shipping labels as per shipment requirements.\n\t
- Communicate effectively with customer service and other internal departments regarding order fulfillment and shipment status.\n\t
- Track, trace, and update records for outgoing shipments.\n\t
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in the shipping area.\n\t
- Provide support in shipping and receiving as needed.\n
\nQualifications/Skills:\n\n
- \n\t
- Experience in scanning and sorting outgoing goods.\n\t
- Ability to efficiently pull, pack, and load products for shipment.\n\t
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.\n\t
- Excellent organizational skills and a strong sense of urgency.\n\t
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team of 6–12 employees.\n\t
- Strong computer proficiency and math skills.\n\t
- Prior warehouse shipping experience is a plus, but not required.\n
