Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years ICU RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Provide critical care nursing expertise in a fast-paced hospital setting focused on oncology, step-down, surgical, and telemetry units. This opportunity is ideal for registered nurses with a strong ICU background seeking a night shift schedule that offers a balanced work-life arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in oncology, step-down, surgical, telemetry, and ICU units.
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
- Respond swiftly to medical emergencies and provide advanced patient support during night shifts.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license with specialized experience in ICU nursing preferred.
- Proficiency in oncology, step-down, surgical, and telemetry care preferred.
- Ability to manage complex patient cases with critical care needs.
- Strong communication, observational, and teamwork skills.
Schedule/Hours:
- Night shift
- Every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH)
- 48 hours per week
