Central Baptist Village is currently seeking a Director of Nursing with excellent management and interpersonal skills to lead our nursing professionals in providing outstanding resident care. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the nursing department, including care standards, quality, policies, compliance, staffing levels, medical records, and the day to day functions of the department. You must be a registered nurse (RN), with prior supervisory and leadership experience at a skilled nursing facility. Our perfect candidate has a passion for serving residents, growing staff skills, and delivering consistent high quality resident care. Infection Preventionist experience is a plus.


Salary: $130k based on commensurate

  • Passionate about staff development
  • Possesses budgeting and financial expertise
  • Strong organizational leadership skills and ability to lead the entire Nursing team – Nursing Administration (ADON, MDS, Care Plan Nurse, Educator, Restorative Nurse, Staffing Coordinator, Medical Records Coordinator), Nurses, CNAs and Restorative Aides
  • Strong history of annual survey results, Five-Star Ratings and QMs
  • Excellent critical thinking skills
  • Ability to review and synthesize information, develop policies and procedures and implement system
