- Shift Options: 12-hour shifts (Days: 07:00–19:00, Nights: 19:00–07:00, or Rotating)\n

- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license\n
- Minimum 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery (L&D) experience — OB nurse or maternity nurse experience preferred\n
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts (days, nights, or rotation)\n
- Strong clinical skills in Labor & Delivery, including high-risk medication management\n
- Commitment to following AWHONN staffing guidelines and maintaining appropriate nurse:patient ratios\n

- Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to mothers and newborns during labor, delivery, and postpartum — maternity and postpartum nursing\n
- Monitor and manage patients receiving Pitocin, Magnesium Sulfate, insulin drips, and other high-risk medications\n
- Maintain nurse:patient ratios as per AWHONN guidelines (e.g., 1:1 for active labor, 1:2 for cervical ripening)\n
- Collaborate with obstetricians, midwives, neonatologists, and multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced birthing environment\n
- Utilize clinical judgment to respond to obstetric emergencies and ensure maternal and neonatal safety (high-risk obstetrics)\n
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently in the electronic health record\n
