Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A licensed Registered Nurse is needed to provide dedicated support within an educational setting for children requiring specialized care. This position involves providing 1:1 nursing support to a small group of students ranging in age from 3 to 15 years old, some of whom use wheelchairs and require ventilator assistance.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering direct nursing care in the classroom to a group of seven students.
• Managing ventilator equipment and monitoring respiratory status.
• Collaborating with educators and support staff to ensure a safe and supportive learning environment.
• Maintaining accurate health documentation and emergency care plans.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Proven experience with ventilator care and related medical equipment.
• Ability to provide 1:1 nursing support in a school setting, including elementary, middle, and high school-aged children.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with students, families, and school personnel.
• Compassionate and patient approach to care for children with complex medical needs.

Location: Greenville, SC
