We have an immediate opening for an experienced Licensed Plumber to install new connections in new Manufactured homes. You must have extensive experience in installing new service We pride ourselves in providing excellent customer service and expect all of our Plumbers to be Licensed and able to work independently and as a team, test the systems to ensure they work correctly and that there are no issues that may need future repairs. All homes must pass inspections to be complete.
Plumber Duties and Responsibilities
- Install new service on new Manufactured homes
- Test plumbing and other installed fixtures to ensure proper function and ability to pass inspections
- Follow state laws and regulations and adhere to local building code
- Travel is a must. Expected to be onsite until work is completed
- Travel can be up to a 500 mile radius of Nashville TN
- Will work in a team atmosphere, must be willing to help in other areas as needed
Plumber Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Completion of a vocational school certificate program, associate degree, or apprenticeship preferred
- Valid state plumbing license in each state where you work. Company will pay for all licenses.
- 1+ years of professional plumbing experience
- Able to read technical designs and blueprints
- Proficient with plumbing tools, materials, and equipment
- Expert knowledge in piping and ventilation systems
- Available to travel on a weekly basis and work within a team
