Position Summary
The Call Center Customer Service Representative will serve as the first point of contact for customers with questions about orders, products, returns, store information, and general concerns. The ideal candidate is empathetic, solutions‐oriented, and able to communicate clearly and professionally across multiple channels.
Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages regarding customer inquiries.
Provide accurate information and resolve issues with professionalism and care.
Assist with order lookups, returns, exchanges, and shipping questions.
Document interactions and resolutions in the customer service system.
Stay informed about current promotions, products, and policies.
Escalate concerns to leadership when necessary.
Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Qualifications
1–2 years of customer service experience; retail or call center experience preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to remain calm and focused during high‐volume periods.
Comfortable using CRM or call center software.
Strong attention to detail and problem‐solving abilities.
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
